RETURNING AN ONLINE ORDER

Le Specs is committed to customer satisfaction – If you are not 100% happy with you online order, we will happily accept your return within 60 days of purchase for a full refund*.

*FINAL SALE items are unfortunately excluded from our returns policy and not eligible for return.

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Le Specs has the right to reject product that appears worn or damaged by the customer.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for the receipt and processing of your return. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is received at the Le Specs Distribution Centre. Returns will be processed to your original form of payment, within 5 business days of our distribution center receiving your parcel; this may vary during busy periods.

All returns will be sent via UPS and shipping will be charged at the carrier calculated rate. Items that are returned will be automatically deducted from your total purchased amount.

Please note, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

ARE ANY ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM THE RETURNS POLICY?

Unfortunately, FINAL SALE items are excluded from our returns policy and not eligible for return. Any items which are excluded will be clearly marked on the product page.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order is received at the Le Specs Distribution Centre.
  • Returns will be processed within 5 business days of our distribution centre receiving your parcel; this may vary during busy periods.
  • For security reasons we only refund using the original payment method.
  • Once your return has been processed you will receive another email showing your refunded amount has been finalised.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Please note that original delivery charges are non- refundable unless your item is deemed to be faulty.

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFFECTIVE?

In the case your product was received damaged we will happily assess your item/s for return.

Following inspection of the item/s, Le Specs will either replace or refund the item in accordance with Australian Consumer Laws.

  • Our returns portal will ask you to attach photos of the damaged item/s. Once received our customer care team will assess.
  • Once approved by our customer care team you will be contacted with your pre- paid shipping label.
  • Please pack your return with all items in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order is received at the Le Specs Distribution Centre.
  • Returns will be processed within 5 business days of our distribution center receiving your parcel; this may vary during busy periods.

FAULTY PRODUCTS & WARRANTIES

Manufacturer’s warranties come with all products. All our sunglasses are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for 6 months from the date of purchase, with proof of purchase.

The details of the warranty period are detailed on the warranty card or in the instruction booklet. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratched or broken lenses, lost screws, fading or nose piece and frame deterioration.

Any alternations to the sunglasses will void your warranty. The manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace, in part or in full, the sunglasses returned for warranty or repair. Warranty claims and other repairs are at the complete discretion of the manufacturer.
