We are experiencing international delivery delays of up to 7 days due to the coronavirus COVID19 & are no longer delivering to Spain or Korea for the short term.
Orders are sent via DHL and can take between 10 - 15 Business Days.
Occassionally orders will be reviewed by customs which may add additional time to the delivery process. Unfortunately this is out of our control.
Orders to Israel
Please note all orders to Israel can take 6-8 weeks due to Israeli customs and this is unfortunatley out of our control.

Will I have to sign for my order?
A signature is not required for deliveries outside of Australia. However, to assist with fast delivery, we recommend that you use a delivery address where someone will be present to receive the parcel. If you are not present when the parcel is being delivered you will receive an ‘Attempted Delivery Advice’ card from the carrier with instructions for collection.
Has my order been shipped yet?
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from both Le Specs confirming that the order is on it's way.
How can I track my order?
When your order has been dispatch from the Le Specs Distribution Centre you will receive a dispatch confirmation email advising carrier and tracking information. In the unlikely event that you have any problems with your order, please visit our Contact Us page.
What happens if something arrives damaged or defective?
Please visit our Contact Us page with in 7 days to report the issue. Following inspection of the returned item, Le specs will either replace or refund the item in accordance with consumer laws.
Can I change my delivery address?
Providing your parcel hasn't already left the warehouse, we can most certainly change the delivery address for you. Please visit our Contact Us page to notify of the change as soon as possible.
I haven't received my order?
If you have received your dispatch email and still have not received your order, please use your tracking number to track your order.
If you haven't received a dispatch email, please visit our Contact page with your order number (eg. #123456) and we can look into this for you. It could just be a case of an incorrect contact email or our emails being marked as junk.
What if I need to speed up my order?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer Express Shipping. We are working hard to offer this service as soon as possible. In the meantime, feel free to reach out to our customer care team for stockists close by!
