Delivery within Australia

We offer free delivery for all orders over AUD$80 in Australia and NZ

For all orders under AUD$80, we charge AUD$5 to post within Australia & AUD$10 to NZ.

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours during business hours (Monday- Friday & not including public holidays).

Your order is expected to be delivered within 1 - 2 Business Days for Australia and 3 - 5 Business Days for NZ.

Please note delivery times may vary dependant on location, carrier and public holidays.

We deliver Australia wide (including Post Office boxes) and to most International locations. For remote International destinations, please visit our Contact Us page for further information.

Will I have to sign for my order?

A signature is required for all deliveries within Australia. To assist with fast delivery, we recommend that you use a delivery address where a signature can be obtained. If you are not present when the parcel is being delivered you will receive an ‘Attempted Delivery Advice’ card from the carrier with instructions for collection.

Has my order been shipped yet?

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from Le Specs confirming that your order is on its way & provide you with a tracking number.

How can I track my order?

When your order has left the Le Specs Distribution Centre you will receive a confirmation email advising carrier and tracking information. In the unlikely event that you have any problems with your order, please visit our Contact Us page.

What happens if something arrives damaged or defective?

Please visit our Contact Us page within 7 days to report the issue. Following inspection of the returned item, Le specs will either replace or refund the item in accordance with Australian consumer laws. 

Can I change my delivery address?

Providing your parcel hasn't already left the warehouse, we can most certainly change the delivery address for you. Please visit our Contact Us page to notify of the change as soon as possible.

I haven't received my order?

If you have received your dispatch email and still have not received your order, please use your tracking number to track your order.

If you haven't received a dispatch email, please visit our Contact page with your order number (eg. #123456) and we can look into this for you. It could just be a case of an incorrect contact email or our emails being marked as junk.

What if I need to speed up my order?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer Express Shipping. We are working hard to offer this service as soon as possible. In the meantime, feel free to reach out to our customer care team for stockists close by!
