International Delivery outside of AustraliaWe use Australia Post for international deliveries (except NZ). We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. All freight prices below are quoted in Australian dollars, for international customers your credit card company will calculate the exchange automatically.

Deliveries take 3-15 working days for International orders (remote regions may take longer).
Usually, orders are dispatched within 1 working day.
If there are any problems or delays with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible via the contact email or phone number you have provided us.

Will I have to sign for my order?A signature is required for all orders and we recommend using a work hour’s address for delivery so somebody is there to sign for it and collect it.
If you’re not there when the parcel is being delivered, you will receive an Attempted Delivery Advice card which details how and when the parcel can be collected from your nearest Australia Post outlet.
How can I track my order?All Australian orders come with tracking, and all International orders using Pack & Track Shipping will come with tracking. Please see Australia Post website for more information on which countries are eligible for Pack & Track Shipping.Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email from both Le Specs and Australia Post containing a link to track your order on the Australia Post website, so you can track your order right to your doorstep!
You can track the progress of your order from start to finish using the "Order Tracking" on Australia Post. This will track your orders progress until it has been dispatched through our warehouse.

If you haven't received a dispatch email, contact us with your order number (eg. #123456) and we can look into this for you. It could just be a case of an incorrect contact email or our emails being marked as junk.
Can I change my delivery address?Providing your parcel hasn't already left the warehouse, we can most certainly change the delivery address for you.
