We want you to love your Le Specs! If you’re not completely happy with your order, we offer free 30-day returns on eligible items for a full refund.
All returns must be submitted through our Returns Portal and shipped via UPS back to the Le Specs Distribution Center. Please allow 1–2 weeks for your return to be received and processed. Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 5 business days, though timing may vary depending on your bank and during busy periods. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your return has been completed.
Please note, items marked “FINAL SALE ONLY” on the product page are not eligible for return unless faulty. Le Specs reserves the right to reject items that show signs of wear or damage.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is received at the Le Specs Distribution Centre. Returns will be processed within 5 business days from delivery date at our distribution center; this may vary during busy periods.
For security reasons we only refund using the original payment method. Once your return has been processed you will receive another email showing your refunded amount has been finalized. Please allow up to 3 business days for refunds to appear in your account. Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable unless your item is deemed to be faulty.
Please visit our Contact Us page within 7 days of receiving your order and include photographs of the issue. Following assessment, Le Specs will repair, replace or refund the item where appropriate under the applicable consumer protections in your region.

Manufacturer’s warranties come with all products. All our sunglasses are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for 6 months to 1 year depending on the product, with the warranty period listed on the product page. Customers can also register for an additional 6 months complimentary warranty. The details of the warranty period are detailed on the warranty card or in the instruction booklet. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratched or broken lenses, lost screws, fading or nose piece and frame deterioration.
Any alternations to the sunglasses will void your warranty. The manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace, in part or in full, the sunglasses returned for warranty or repair. Warranty claims and other repairs are at the complete discretion of the manufacturer.
